When returning the goods, the following conditions must be noticed:
The returned item must be in the original order packaging;
The product must be intact by the Buyer without losing its commercial appearance;
The returned item must be on the same set as when the Buyer received it;
When returning an item, it is necessary to submit a request by e-mail info@patalynesnamai.lt, indicating the order number, product name, quantity, reason for return;
Shipping costs are non-refundable;
If you have purchased a defective, bad quality product, or have received an item that you have not ordered, we must replace them. We will reimburse the delivery costs.
In order to ensure a safe return of the shipment, please deliver the improper parcel to the post office.
